The scheduling engine factors in estimated effort, dependencies, energy levels throughout the day, and calendar availability to suggest optimal time blocks for focused work.
We built this project using a vibe coding approach, rapidly prototyping the interface through conversational AI tools and iterating based on real user feedback. This allowed us to ship a polished product in a fraction of the typical development timeline.
Users report feeling less overwhelmed and more in control of their workload, with the AI handling the cognitive overhead of planning so they can focus on execution.
